- 作品解説: 年記がない作品であるが、その山並みなどから柏亭が疎開し晩年を過ごした長野県松本市内またはその近郊であろうかと思われる。茶色い板の地を活かした取り立てて新たな表現を狙っていないきわめてオーソドックスな表現の中にあって、静かな詩情をたたえているところは見過ごすべきではないだろう。Description: Although there is no date on this work, it is likely to be in or near Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, where Kashiwatei spent the last years of his life after evacuating the area due to its mountainous landscape. The work is an extremely orthodox expression that does not aim for any new expression by making use of the brown wooden ground, and it should not be overlooked that it is filled with a quiet poetic sentiment.
