- 作品解説: ススキ（尾花）と藤袴がかすかに揺れる夜にキリギリスが一匹、大きな月を眺めているように見える。月はそれ自身の部分は塗り残し、その周りを少し緑がかった色で塗りつぶしている。下の部分は月が欠けているようにも見えるが、山の端から月が昇ってきたようにも見える。秋の茶掛けに相応しい画である。Description: A grasshopper appears to be gazing at a large moon on a night when silver grass and wisteria hakama faintly sway. The moon itself is left unpainted, and its surroundings are painted in a slightly greenish color. The lower part of the image looks as if the moon is missing, but it also looks as if the moon has risen from the edge of the mountain. This painting is suitable for an autumn tea ceremony.
