- 作品解説: 高台の上から見下ろした風景。段々畑のある向こうの山と作者との間には民家や寺の屋根が見え、集落が山間まで続いている。そして山は右奥の方まで連なっていることが、手前の木々の間から見て取ることができる。空は少しどんよりとしており、遠くに入道雲がある。画家がいるところの地面は明るく影が濃いことから、この日は変化のある天気なのであろう。日本の山間部の美観を柏亭は水彩絵具の特性を十分に生かして描いている。Description: A view looking down from a hill.
