- 画者は「富嶽三十六景」などで有名な葛飾北斎です。誇張された富士山、京を上にして江戸を下にした構図などは、東海道の一覧図によく見られる手法。色彩も美しく、東海道を描いた一覧図の中でも殊によい出来でしょう。北斎は広域を描く鳥瞰図として、ほかに「木曽名所一覧」「中国鳥瞰図」なども残しています。<br/><br/>【古地図】【江戸の絵画】The painter is Katsushika Hokusai, famous for "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji" and other works. The exaggerated Mt. Fuji and the composition with Kyoto at the top and Edo at the bottom are techniques commonly seen in Tokaido route maps. The colors are beautiful, and this is one of the best examples of a list of paintings of the Tokaido Highway. Hokusai also left "Kiso Meisho Ichiran" (List of Famous Places in Kiso) and "Chugoku Bird's-eye View" (Bird's-eye View of China) as bird's-eye views depicting wide areas. <br/><br/>[Old maps] [Edo paintings
