- 作品解説: 不規則な点描による作品で、画面緒下のほうに人物が配され、ボナールの作品を彷彿とさせるが、色彩の鮮やかさは抑えられている。村上作品の多くにみられる厚塗りではなく、パリで表現の変革を試みていたのかもしれない。深い森の左側に道が続き、人々は精気がなく彷徨っているようにも見え、独特の雰囲気を醸し出している。Description: This irregularly dotted work, with figures at the bottom of the screen, is reminiscent of Bonnard's work, but the colors are less vivid. The artist may have been experimenting with a new style of expression in Paris, instead of the thickly painted work seen in many of Murakami's paintings. The road continues on the left side of the deep forest, and the people seem to be wandering around without energy, creating a unique atmosphere.
