- 「朝香宮日誌」は、朝香宮家の「奥」が昭和2（1927）年から昭和9（1934）年まで記した15冊の記録。日誌には、主に鳩彦王の出勤・帰宅から家族の動向までが要約されて書かれている。同年、同月の記述が重複する箇所もあり、また筆跡などから複数人によって交代で書かれていたものと考えられる。書き方にもフォーマットがあり「誰々が何時に家を出て、何時に帰宅したのか」という朝香宮家のスケジュールの事と来客があった際に「頂戴したモノ一覧」が記されている。「奥」が筆者になり「奥」視線で書かれているため、朝香宮家の人びとの言葉などは書かれていない。The Asakamiya Diary is a 15-volume record kept by the "Oku" of the Asakamiya family from the 2nd year of the Showa Period (1927) to the 9th year of the Showa Period (1934). The logbooks contain mainly summarized descriptions of King Hatohiko's activities, from his arrival at and departure from work to the movements of his family. Some of the entries overlap, and the handwriting suggests that they were written in turns by several people. There is also a format in the way of writing: "Who left the house at what time and what time they returned home," the schedule of the Asakamiya family, and a "list of things received" when there were visitors. The author is "Oku" and the book is written from "Oku's" point of view, so the words of the Asakamiya family members are not written in the book.
