- 作品解説: 比較的細目の筆で丁寧に形を追いながら色付けしている。その細かさゆえ、小さな画面ながら壮大な景色を感じることができる。空や遠くの山にはほんの少し赤が加わり、わずかに紫色を呈している。額縁裏面のラベルによると真鶴に転居して以降の作品とわかる。ラベルに印刷された文字が旧字なので昭和戦前の時期のものであろう。Description: The artist carefully follows the shapes and colors with a relatively fine brush. Because of the fineness of the brushstrokes, the viewer can sense the grandeur of the scene despite the small size of the painting. The sky and the mountains in the distance have a slight purple tinge with a hint of red. The label on the back of the frame indicates that the work was created after the artist moved to Manazuru. The characters printed on the label are in the old script, so it must be from the pre-Showa period.
