Concerning the use of content from this website

1. Attribution

4. Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction

  1. These regulations are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. The Tokyo District Court is the exclusive court of jurisdiction in the first instance for disputes relating to the use of Content pursuant to these Regulations and disputes relating to these Regulations.

5. Disclaimer

  1. The website is not responsible whatsoever for any action taken by you in the course of using the Content (including information that comprises edited or modified Content, etc.).
  2. Content is subject to revision, relocation, or deletion without warning.

6. Other Matters

  1. These Terms of Use do not restrict quotation as permitted under the Copyright Act.
