- 作品解説: 嵐峡の筏流しを比較的細長い縦の画面に収めている。岩場の紅葉が斜面に耐えて美しい色彩を放つその下の渓流を船頭が果敢に筏を操縦する。いずれも厳しい試練があるからこそ美しく見えることを作者は伝えているのだろうか。
