- 作品解説: 馬が食べると毒が当たり、ふらつくことから名づけられた馬酔木は、鹿も食べない。そのためにこの奈良の春日野には馬酔木の巨木がいくつも見られる。俯瞰構図で馬酔木の巨木が強調されているが、滲みや暈しなどの技法を使い、春の妖艶な雰囲気を演出している。Description: Named for the fact that when horses eat it, it is poisonous and makes them wobble, the horse drunken tree is also not eaten by deer. For this reason, there are a number of giant horse drunken trees in the Kasugano area of Nara. The overhead composition emphasizes the giant horse chestnut trees, and the use of techniques such as blurring and vertigo create a bewitching spring atmosphere.
