Databases updated

The following additions and updates have been made to our databases.

Updates and additions to SHŪZŌ: Japanese Museum Collections Search
We have updated the data on SHŪZŌ: Search Japanese Museum Collections and newly published the following information:
New collection items: +721 (total: 444,563) from Ome Municipal Museum of Art and Saitou Museum
New collection images: +372 (total: 72,360) from Saitou Museum; The Museum of Modern Art, Saitama; Ryushi Memorial Museum; Fukuoka Asian Art Museum; and The Museum of Fine Arts, Gifu

We also made minor revisions to improve consistency in notations, including dimension units, first published dates, and last updated dates.

Expansion of the Contemporary Japanese Art Exhibitions from 1945
We have added 40 new records related to the “Japan Art Festival” held in the 1960s and 1970s to Contemporary Japanese Art Exhibitions from 1945.

Update to the citation function
We have added a citation example to the existing “Cite” button to make it easier to reference each entry.

We will continue updating and expanding our databases to ensure their reliability as valuable research resources.
