- 彫刻を専攻した後、80年代後半から写真に転向した佐藤時啓（1957-）は、光と空間、時間をテーマに空間構成の制作に取り組み、ペンライトと鏡を使い、長時間露光によってフィルムに光と作家自身の動きの軌跡を定着する独特な作品、〈光―呼吸〉で注目される。ピンホール･カメラを使った〈Gleaning Lights〉やカメラ・オブスクラを使った〈Wandering Camera〉など、実験的な視覚によるシリーズを同時並行で展開。Tokihiro Sato (1957-), who majored in sculpture before turning to photography in the late 1980s, has been working on spatial compositions based on the themes of light, space, and time, and has attracted attention for his unique work "Light-Breathing," in which he uses a penlight and mirror to fix traces of light and the artist's own movement on film through long exposures. He has attracted attention for his unique work, "Light - Breathing.
