- 第14代将軍徳川家茂が2回目の上洛のため、翔鶴丸を御召艦として天保山沖に入港した様子を描いた図。文久3年（1863）11月、上洛掛に命じられた軍艦奉行並勝海舟は上洛艦隊の編成に着手します。御召艦翔鶴丸以下11隻からなる艦隊は文久3年12月28日に品川沖を出航、翌4年1月8日に大坂天保山沖に投錨しています。この上洛艦隊が駐留基地としたのが兵庫港であり、将軍が畿内に滞在する5ヵ月間にわたって同港を拠点としました。<br/><br/>【開国・開港】【江戸の絵画】This illustration depicts the Shokaku Maru, the 14th Shogun Tokugawa Iemochi's second trip to Kyoto, arriving off the coast of Tempozan with the Shokaku Maru as his courtesy ship. In November 1863, Kaishu Katsu, the magistrate of warships, was ordered to organize a fleet for the trip to Kyoto. The fleet, consisting of 11 vessels including the "Shokaku-maru", left Shinagawa on December 28, 1863, and anchored at Tenpozan, Osaka on January 8, 1864. The fleet was stationed at Hyogo Port, which served as the Shogun's base of operations during the five months he spent in the Kinai region. <br/><br/>[Opening of Japan and Ports] [Painting in Edo
