- 「朝香宮邸新築工事録」（宮内庁書陵部）の図面から、竣工当初の家具で、国産品であることが判明している。木材はモミジを用いており、座面等の布は張替たものである。長椅子と小椅子が各1脚である。装飾がなくシンプルな形だが、もみじの木目を活かしたデザインで、アール・デコ調といえる。According to drawings in "Asakamiya-no-tei no shinzukuri kensetsu roku" (Records of the Construction of the New Asakamiya Residence) (Imperial Household Agency, Shuryo Department), this furniture was made in Japan when the building was first completed. The wood is made of maple, and the seat and other fabrics were reupholstered. There is one chaise longue and one small chair. The shape is simple and without decoration, but the design makes the most of the grain of the maple wood, and can be considered Art Deco style.
