- 作品解説: 木々に覆われた中に青い色の領域が見える。その向こう側の周囲にはレンガ色の囲いかプールサイドのようなものが見えるので、題名からここがプールだということになるだろう。この青の領域は画面左下にもつながっており、そのことで水の領域が相当広いことが推測できる。遠くにはオレンジ色がところどころ顔をのぞかせているが、巨大な邸宅でもあるのだろうか。不明な部分が多く、それゆえ鑑賞者の想像の世界が広がっていく。Description: A blue-colored area can be seen amidst the tree cover. Beyond it, the surrounding area appears to be a brick-red enclosure or poolside, which would suggest from the title that this is a swimming pool. This blue area is also connected to the lower left corner of the image, which suggests that the area of water is quite large. In the distance, orange peeks out in places, but is it a huge mansion? There are many unknowns, and thus the world of the viewer's imagination expands.
