- 作品解説: 村上肥出夫の作品は額縁に入るように周囲をマスキングして描いている。そのため、額縁から外すと絵の具の断層を観察することができる。この人形にはライトイエローやライムグリーンが下層全面に塗り込められているが、ほとんど表面には生かされないで隠されている。ほぼ、無駄に思えるその営為が村上らしさを作り出していることが非常に重要であるはずだ。Description: Hideo Murakami's works are painted with the surroundings masked so that they fit into a frame. Therefore, when the work is removed from the frame, the fault lines of the paint can be observed. Light yellow and lime green are applied to the entire bottom layer of this doll, but are almost completely hidden from view on the surface. It should be very important to note that this almost futile activity creates Murakami's character.
