- 作品解説: 場所は不明。池の畔で屈んだ釣人や家屋の様子から、国内であると思われる。空には大きな水性のシミのようなものがあるが、それに接する木の緑色は影響を受けていないところを見ると、三宅本人がこのような効果を狙ったと考えられる。本作品も、黄色を輪郭付近に用いているところや細い筆で丁寧に描いているところなど、三宅の特色が表れている。画面の四隅には画鋲の跡と鉛筆による枠取りの線が確認され、現地での写生が基本となっていたようである。Description: Location unknown. The fishermen and houses bent over the shore of the pond suggest that it is domestic. There is a large water stain in the sky, but the green of the trees bordering it is unaffected, suggesting that Miyake himself intended this effect. This work also shows Miyake's distinctive features, such as the use of yellow near the outlines and the careful use of a thin brush. The four corners of the painting show the marks of studs and pencil lines for framing, suggesting that Miyake basically sketched the work in the field.
