- 作品解説: 港のように見える風景だが、大きな河口付近のようにも見える。手前は漁村であろうか、小さな帆船が密集している。対岸には煙突から煙が立ち上がり、その周囲にも工場や家があることがわかる。8 号サイズの小さな画面であるが水面が多くを占め、景色に広がりを感じさせる。Description: This scene appears to be a harbor, but it also looks like the vicinity of a large estuary. In the foreground is a fishing village with a cluster of small sailing boats. Although this is a small size 8, the water surface occupies a large portion of the image, giving the viewer a sense of spaciousness.
