- 作品解説: 宮城県松島の船着き場が描かれている。近くの高台からか、俯瞰構図で島々を立体的に描いている。ここでも柏亭らしく、とっかかりの少ない海を中央に大胆に大きく取り、海水面の穏やかなうねりを横方向の筆のタッチで即座に捉えている。Description: This work depicts a landing place in Matsushima, Miyagi Prefecture. The islands are depicted three-dimensionally in a bird's-eye view composition, perhaps from a nearby hill. Again, as is typical of Kashiwa-tei, the artist boldly places the sea, which is not easily accessible, in the center and immediately captures the gentle undulations of the sea surface with a horizontal brushstroke.
