- 作品解説: 木炭あるいはコンテで下描きをし、その上から絵具を使用しているが、制作途中においても木炭あるいはコンテで輪郭を描きおこしている。黄緑色の背景の下の層には水色が塗られていることがキャンヴァス側面を見るとわかる。当初は水色をバックに描こうとしていたのかもしれない。背景は黄色と黄緑、花瓶の敷物は黄色に茶色といった具合に、近似する色彩を使うことで統一感と鮮やかさを獲得し、さらに輪郭線を所々効果的に入れることで視認性を高めている。Description: The artist used charcoal or conte underdrawings and paints on top of the charcoal or conte outlines during the process. The side of the canvas shows light blue on the lower layer of the yellow-green background. It is possible that the artist initially intended to paint the light blue background. By using similar colors, such as yellow and yellowish green for the background and yellow and brown for the vase rug, the artist has achieved a sense of unity and vividness, and has also enhanced visibility by effectively adding contour lines in places.
