- 作品解説: チロル地方のトレンティーノから望む山々が壁のように立ちはだかる。上下に伸びる襞の凹凸は、おそらく山の凹凸に対応しているのだろう。上部、わずかに紫色の空がのぞくのみで、相当な圧迫感がある。この作品でも村上は所々に鮮やかな色彩を使用しており、それが星のようにきらめいている。Description: The mountains seen from Trentino in the Tyrol region stand like a wall. The unevenness of the vertical folds probably corresponds to the unevenness of the mountains. At the top, there is only a slight purple sky peeking out, giving the work a considerable sense of oppression. Murakami also uses vivid colors in places in this work, which sparkle like stars.
