- 作品解説: 比較的細かい目のキャンヴァスに柔らか目の筆を使用して描かれている。遠景に行くほど色調を薄く、水墨画のような雰囲気をたたえているが、中景も色調こそ薄いが近景と同程度の密度で描かれており、西洋画技法の歴史を心得た画家による作品だということがわかる。緑と茶色という非常に単調な風景をうまく絵画化しているといえよう。Description: Painted with a soft brush on relatively fine-grained canvas. The more distant the view, the lighter the colors become, giving the painting an ink painting-like atmosphere. The middle view is also painted with the same density as the near view, although the colors are lighter, indicating that this is a work by an artist who knows the history of Western painting techniques. It can be said that the artist has successfully transformed a very monotonous landscape of greens and browns into a painting.
