- 作品解説: 作品上部の絵具があまり塗られていないところを観察してみると、カードボード上に墨か薄く溶いた黒絵具で大まかな下描きをし、その上から絵具を塗り重ねているようだ。裏面の黒い文字「チュルリー公園のロバ」も同じ黒の墨か絵具で書かれている。おそらく本人によるもの。Description: Observing the lack of paint on the upper part of the work, it appears that the artist roughly drew a rough sketch on the card board with black ink or thinly dissolved black paint, and then painted over the rough sketch. The black letters on the reverse side, "Donkey in Churley Park," are also written in the same black ink or paint. Probably done by the artist himself.
