- 作品解説: 静岡県清水市大場からの景色。壮大な富士の前には田畑が広がっている。手前には人物と荷台を曳く牛の姿が見える。近景や中景は細い筆を水平方向を基調に用いて遠近感を表し、遠くの富士や空は太目の筆か刷毛のようなもので大胆に描かれ、富士の輪郭は滲みをうまく利用して捉えている。Description: A view from Ohba, Shimizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Fields spread out in front of the majestic Mt. In the foreground are figures and an ox pulling a cart. The near and middle landscapes are painted with thin strokes in a horizontal direction to show perspective, while the distant Fuji and the sky are boldly painted with thicker strokes or brushes, and the outline of Fuji is captured with good use of blotches.
