- 作品解説: 山の形から笛吹川と釜無川が合流する地点付近の河原からの写生であると思われる。右手前の木に落ちる影が短く、正午あたりの時間帯であろうか。河原に照り付ける日差しと青い空に山の上の雲、そしてそれらの山は色調を抑えて淡い色で処理されており、夏の爽やかさが見るものに伝わってくる作品である。Description: The shape of the mountains suggests that this was taken from the riverbank near the confluence of the Fuefuki-gawa and Kamanashi rivers. The short shadow falling on the tree in the right foreground suggests that it was around noon. The sunlight shining on the riverbank, the blue sky, the clouds over the mountains, and the mountains themselves are all rendered in muted colors, conveying the freshness of summer to the viewer.
