- 正倉院事務所の依頼により、『国家珍宝帳』記載の聖武天皇所用の御袈裟箱第一号（北倉１）を模造した作品である。制作に用いた石膏型も作品の附属品として納品された。Commissioned by the Shosoin Office, this work is a replica of the first gokesa box (Kitakura 1) for Emperor Shomu, as described in the "National Treasure Book". The plaster mold used in its production was also delivered as an annex to the work.
