彫刻家の吾妻兼治郎は10月14日、イタリア、ミラノの自宅で死去した。享年90。　1926(大正15)年3月12日、山形県山形市銅町に生まれる。生家は代々青銅鋳造業を営んでいた。兼治郎は少年期から祖父や父の仕事をみながら粘土で動物などをつくっていた。1943(昭和18)年海軍予科練に入り、鹿児島県鹿屋海軍航空隊で訓練を受けていたが敗戦、45年9月故郷に戻る。47年山形東高等学校の定時制で学びながら、...
